The right main tributary of the Ozyornaya river, the Kyzylsai river, has its rise from such glaciers as Timofeyev (# 90), Gryazny (# 91), Mutny (# 92). These glaciers form the cirque, conventionally called according to the largest glacier of the gorge - Timofeyev. The gorge is located above the "Rukavichka" glacier.
Up the gorge at first goes a dirt road, and then a trail that brings you to the Tourist pass that leads to the Left Talgar gorge. The pass is surrounded by such peaks as Sovetskih Alpinistov (Soviet mountaineers) and Pogrebetsky. Over this pass, the All-Union route # 65, called the "Almatinskaya krugosvetka” (round-the-world trek)" was laid. Between the peaks of Molodaya gvardiya and Sovetskih Alpinistov (Soviet mountaineers) there is the Pass of Chetyryokh. In the western branch of the Kumbel ridge from Pogrebetsky summit there is Gorelnik peak and the Pogrebetsky pass. From Gorelnik peak, a glacier called Zmeevidny (Serpentine) (#94) runs into a deep cirque. It has a rather original appearance, for which it received such an unusual name.
